RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Input contracts / orders into corporate systems
• Ensure ordering documents signed by partner/customer
• Collect Order Pack documents and check/cross-check for completeness, accuracy and compliance with Corporate Business Practices
• Scan order documents to Order Administration in GFIC
• Provision of advice and verification of pricing
• Monitor / Manage order processing through to booking completion
• Provide training and regular updates to the sales team if required
• Reinforce the importance of up-to-date information in systems, through regular communication with the Field Sales Teams
• Perform the Credit Check Process as required 
• Liaise across Contracts, Finance, Sales, Business Practices to finalize orders promptly

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Essential:

• Complex order processing and contracts administration experience
• Knowledge of sales cycle and process
• Technical skills (eg Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Rudimentary contracting & basic system knowledge
• Ability to function in a dynamic, changing environment

 

Desirable:

• Good time management skills and the ability to priorities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• The ability to look beyond the detail to the Big Picture
• To know what drives and motivates people and how to manage various personalities

모모 Global IT 업체에서 직원 모집하는군요. Title은 Biz. Analyst인데 직급 level이 junior에 가까운 편이니 분석보다는 communication 능력이 더 중요할 거라고 보이네요. 제 생각엔 SW 산업에 최소한의 관심이 있고(전문가일 필요는 없음) 적극적인 성격인 25~33세 정도의 분이라면 지원 가능하지 않을까 싶습니다. 영어...는 잘하면 좋고 뭐 울렁증이라든지 특별한 거부감이 있지만 않으면 될 겁니다. Even though와 Unless를 구분할 수 있으면 되고 Orange는 어륀지라고 발음하지 않아도 돼요.

업무 내용

Ÿ           To support the regional Sales VP, sales directors and product sales managers in driving Technology Sales, thru process management, business development, analysis and improvement initiatives. Ÿ           Ensure professional Business Management for the Sales thru championing and administration of best practices for Forecast, Pipeline and Quality Measures and processes.  Ÿ           Utilize corporate support and resources to drive the business in the KR region. Serve as a bridge between the local sales operation and APAC operations to maintain and balance a harmonious working relationship. Ÿ          Provide a closed feedback loop to Marketing, GTMi leads, Sales Consulting leads and Tech management on pipeline building effectiveness Ÿ          Be the bridge between APAC Corp finance and the Technology Business Unit for reporting, compensation planning and performance management.

POSITION	Field Sales Administrator
LINE OF BUSINESS	APAC – License Sales Operations
REPORTS TO (Job Title Only)	Senior Manager/Director - Sales Operations (Direct) Sales Administration Team Leader (Indirect)

KEY OBJECTIVE

 

Provide support to the Korea Field Sales teams by providing administrative assistance in the processing of sales orders.

 

 

·        Input contracts / orders into Corp. systems

·        Prepare contract packages for signature

·        Ensure ordering documents signed by partner/customer

·        Collect Order Pack documents and check/cross-check for completeness, accuracy and compliance with Corp. Business Practices

·        Scan order documents to Contracts Administration

·        Query data from OM as requested by sales people

·        Provide weekly Sales Order Tracking report to sales teams

·        Provision of advice and verification of pricing

·        Provide Approval System advice/assistance to sales people

·        Monitor / Manage order processing through to booking completion

·        Provide training and regular updates to the sales team and partner community on latest Corp. Business Practices

·        Perform the Credit Check Process as required

·        Assisting with License Migration Requests

·        Assisting with License Assignment Requests

·        Liaise across Contracts, Finance, Sales, Business Practices to finalize orders promptly

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
